Abhaya P. Trivedi, MD is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care at Rush University Medical Center. She is the Associate Program Director for the Pulmonary/Critical Care Training Program, the Medical Intensive Care Unit Clerkship Director, and serves as the Director of Critical Care Ultrasound. Through her roles, she focuses on curriculum development and education of housestaff in pulmonary, critical care, and ultrasound. She has been caring for critically ill COVID patients for the last year and a half and has worked with IMPACT to battle misinformation during the pandemic. She has written several blog pieces for IMPACT reflecting on her experience as an ICU physician during this time.
